This page explains the limited warranty on CarryHub products and important disclaimers.
Limited Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, products carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs/modifications, normal wear and tear, water damage (unless the product is rated waterproof), or use inconsistent with product instructions.
Making a Claim
To make a warranty claim, contact support@carryhubs.com within 30 days of delivery for arrival defects, or during the warranty period for later manufacturing faults, with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue. Where possible, please also include images of the packaging and shipping label — this helps us verify and resolve your claim quickly.
How Claims Are Resolved
Approved claims are resolved by replacement, refund or partial refund at our discretion. For many items, a physical return is not required — we will let you know the best resolution for your situation so you are not left waiting.
